- Rakan Harmoni was formed in 2004, consisting of 19 committee known as “Supporting Staff” and about 74 members which was led by Narcotics Officer and in charge by Chief Narcotics Officer. The group was to assist NCB Supervision Officer to monitored, shared base on their experience in drug activity and also conduct a group counseling session (Theurapatic Community) to other supervisee who are still under the Supervision unit. And yet they were given the opportunity attending several courses internally or abroad such as PENGASEH Kuala Lumpur, PERTAPIS, S’pore and other Non Government Organization (NGO) to gained their knowledge and exchange ideas.
